Get Ready for 2018 NOW!

Spread the love

December 1, 2017

The New Year is a month away. It is traditionally a time for “resolutions,” most of which concern health.

“I want to lose weight, exercise and get healthy.” The number one usually is weight loss.

Good start. However, statistically, 80% of resolutions fail by February.

“Health is the New Wealth”

People work very hard their entire lives to not only pay the bills but to hopefully put something away for this now elusive thing called retirement.

Then, because they were “too busy,” their New Year’s Resolutions failed by February (or didn’t even start!) and fast forward, the money they saved for retirement and enjoyment of life now pays for doctors, medications, and caregivers.

LET ME HELP!

My mission statement is simple:

“Using Chiropractic and education to improve the quality of my patient’s health and therefore their lives.”

I can help you with the following:

  1. Chiropractic care – regular, ongoing chiropractic care has been proven to keep the body in the best health of which it is capable.

(for more information, please read this link How Often Should I Get Adjusted.docx)

But it needs to be supported by the following:

  1. Exercise recommendations – as a Chiropractic Sports Physician and Certified Personal Trainer, I can prescribe the most effective and appropriate exercises and stretches for your body as well as your schedule.

  1. Lifestyle modifications including posture and body mechanics.

  1. Motivation and support – we all need a coach, a mentor, someone to whom we can be accountable, which goes a long way toward achieving success.

  1. Lifelong learning – I am committed to my practice and teaching to lifelong learning about the human body. I am also committed to my music performance, being exposed to good books, and having new experiences. I encourage you to continue to learn as well about anything that interests you and, perhaps even better, anything NEW that causes your mind to achieve that end. Studies now show that complacency leads to stagnation and can lead to a deterioration of the mind.

I fully appreciate that there are time and financial constraints that can interfere with your goals and ultimately your long-term health.

Here are just a few of the options that can fit into your schedule:

  • One of my favorites is the Johnson and Johnson 7 Minute Workout.
  • Another is my One Minute Breathing
  • There are also stretches that will take anywhere from 15-30 seconds to perform

Please also remember that a chiropractic adjustment can literally take minutes if need be. I have also seen patients outside of regular office hours by appointment.

I understand that this is a lot to read and to digest. I would be happy to discuss any of this with you.

Let’s get a running start on 2018!

Yours in the pursuit of health, longevity and quality of life,

Claude
