Memorial Day, 2020….it’s been a while since I’ve posted to my site and looking back at previous posts brings home how much our world has changed.

There are so many things that I would like to share with you based upon what I have learned over these past months, strategies that have helped me cope with the massive uncertainty in all of our lives.

After not having my practice open for 2 months, I have appreciated what I do more than ever, especially from a stress reduction/immune system boosting standpoint.

Thank you to all of you who have adapted to this craziness with grace and my thoughts go out to all of you.

My meditation guru has a wonderful mantra that I try to say every day, often several times a day:

May you be happy

May you be safe

May you be healthy

May you be at ease.
